To cancel your InfiniTrak subscription you must provide either a written or verbal notice of non-renewal. In the non-renewal notice you must provide your location's name, address, account users, and a cause for termination.
There are no early terminations and no refunds. The subscription term will end on the expiration date and you cannot cancel your subscription before its scheduled expiration. We do not provide refunds if you decide to stop using InfiniTrak during your subscription term. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your subscription period you may be subject to early termination fees.
