Whenever you have a suspect product, you should inform your quality control manager about the suspect product(s). Once you have informed your quality control manager, you can use your InfiniTrak account to:
1. Record the suspect product
2. Report the suspect product to the wholesaler and the FDA
3. Print quarantine labels
After you complete those steps, follow your pharmacy's standard operating procedures for how to handle specific suspect products.
